Each workout lasts 20 minutes, so this is a good video to have on hand if you only have time for a short workout. Each workout has a warm up and cool down, and Tracy does a good job of explaining each move. These are workouts that will definitely leave you sore the next day! You will need light handweights as well as (optional) ankle weights. There is no specific arm sequence but arms are incorporated into each segment, to a lesser degree.
