A great DVD for Zumba newbies. The 'Basic' section walks you through 20-odd dance steps over the course of about an hour. Each dance step is broken down into 3 sections.. EasyBeat 1 which is just moving your feet.. EasyBeat 2 which is a little faster and will add arms or hip movement.. and then EasyBeat 3, the full step to tempo. You can stop, rewind and re-play as much as you want for each step. When you feel you've got it.. or when you just decide you've had enough.. you can jump forward to the 20-Minute Express Workout, which offers an introduction to Zumba's creator, and then gives you a chance to practice some of the dance moves you've just learned.
