Experience the strength, balance, flexibility and stress relief that yoga provides, even if you are short on time! It’s not always easy to find a full hour to devote to yoga, but the good news is even as little as 15 minutes a day can offer health improving benefits. This program contains three complete practices that are easy to do at home and to fit into your busy week:
Session #1: Yoga for Stress Relief and Relaxation (15 Minutes) – Relieve stress and stretch your body and mind in this brief, but complete, session.
Session #2: Yoga for Balance and Core Strength (20 Minutes) – Build strength and stamina in the deep core muscles, which aid in balance, stability, and help to support the spine, with this focused, total body opening practice.
Session #3: Yoga for Strength and Flexibility (30 Minutes) – This full class balances strength and mobility work for a body that is strong, yet supple.
EQUIPMENT USED: A mat or towel is all that is required, but the use of a pillow and/or folded blanket may be added to bolster some of the poses.
