Yoga takes naturally to the water. Learn how to stretch your entire body without leaving your pool! The water comfortably supports the body while providing resistance. Enhance flexibility, strength, breathing and body awareness while connecting the mind and body. Experience a blend of traditional postures including the Warrior, Eagle and Cobra. The wall becomes the floor while performing the Sun Salutation. Water Yoga appeals to a wide spectrum of ages and fitness levels. It's fun, relaxing and effective! This program requires shallow (chest depth) water and a noodle.
Warm up - Creative total body movement to warm up the joints and muscles.
Standing Stretches - Warrior, Flamingo, Dancer's Pose, Eagle, Tree, Half Moon, Forward Bend/Back Bend
Wall Stretches (feet on pool floor) - Warrior, Triangle, High Lunge, Spinal Twist, Stretches for Calves, Hamstrings, Shoulders, Torso
Wall Stretches (feelt on pool wall) - Side Lunges, Spinal Twist, Wide Straddle, Forward Bend, Child's Pose, Downward Dog, Lunge, Cobra, Sun Salutation
Noodle Stretches (suspended) - Cobra, Splits, Hip Stretch, Back Extension, Relaxation

Conference in 2002. She travels worldwide conducting instructor training workshops, and has produced numerous videos including Water Pilates, Water Tai Chi and The Anti Aging Method. Carol is known for her graceful, innovative style and extensive knowledge in water and land based exercise.
