Walking Strong is an upbeat, energetic treadmill workout designed to keep you motivated whatever shape you’re in. This workout is broken down into eleven five to six minute blocks. We’ll warm you up, work you out and cool you down.
Be prepared for some challenging intervals; we’ll climb some hills, build up your endurance, do upper body weight training and lower body conditioning.
Conditioned athletes, follow Tracey. Beginners and those in-between, watch Bobbi for a modified version of the routine. Don’t have a treadmill? Jill will show you how to walk strong without one!
