Three metabolic conditioning workouts on one DVD! Workout #1 is 30/15, 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of recovery. It includes burpees, squat jumps, lunge jumps, plank jacks, mountain climbers and star jumps. No equipment is needed for this workout. Workout #2 is 40/20. It includes over/unders, kettlebell frog jumps, med ball or sand bag slams, suspension trainer squat jumps (you can do them with no equipment) and suspension trainer, gliding disc or paper plate mountain climbers. Workout #3 is 50/10. It includes med ball squats, med ball squat jumps, band pushups, band mountain climbers, band lunges, band lunge jumps, band squats with overhead press and band squat jumps. One warm up and cool down are included, and each workout concludes with two 4 minute Tabata interval finishers.
