From the Cover

Every morning when I open my eyes,

I make a conscious decision to work towards my goal of helping

others live fit and happy lives. This inspiration lead me to create

a Tonique CardioMAT workout that is a combination of cardio

toning with mat exercises.

Instead of a studio, for the setting I chose a nature preserve.

Instead of music I chose the sounds of birds, wind and trees, and

I chose natural sun light. With no make up and no breaks, I want

all of you to experience my daily workouts, feel closer to me and

to nature.
