About the Actor

Michelle Dozois is the owner of Breakthru Fitness in Pasadena, CA. She has been a sought after fitness professional for over 15 years, is a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Her everyone can be fit attitude, versatile teaching skills and inspiring persona have helped her sell over 4 million fitness videos. She is a former National and World Aerobic Champion and a proud mom of two children.
