This video is quite personal to me as I am a mom who gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy. Through this experience, I discovered that there is a way to get your body back after babies, and you have to start as soon as your doctor says it’s OK. Your entire body needs to reconnect, and the muscular structure needs to be pulled back together.
