Master Kamal is the developer of Kryoga (Kamal's Rhythmic Yoga), which combines yoga with sports and fitness. He is
well-known in India as well as Thailand and Hong Kong for his work with sports figures, yoga teachers, and children. This
DVD workout represents the vinyasa aspects of Kryoga. Master Kamal takes you through a 22-minute vinyasa flow followed
by 16 minutes of slower-paced asanas. (There is also an 11-minute segment at the beginning in which he explains and
demonstrates certain postures and proper breathing.) The vinyasa sequence is at a beginner to intermediate level, and the
subsequent postures are intermediate and advanced for the most part, so it's one you can grow with. He is great about
telling you the benefits of the postures and giving you alignment tips. As an added bonus, Master Kamal's execution of
each form is precise and beautiful, even breathtaking, making him a pleasure to watch.
