Dance instructor Barbi Powers focuses her brilliant instruction on the most popular movements of modern dance and ballet. The Barbi Powers Workout challenges you by incorporating fluid dance movements that are gracefully designed to teach the intermediate to advanced dance student. Each new dance posture is repeated multiple times until every movement is layered together on each respected side of the body. At the conclusion of the cardio portion of the workout, Barbi introduces a wonderful core fusion interval which is then followed by a peaceful yoga stretch.
Barbi Powers is a brilliant professional dance instructor and graduate of NYU Tish School of Dance and presently teaches yoga. Barbi has toured and danced with Ririe-Woodbury Dance Co. and was an instructor at Mirror Image Dance Academy.
