The Bar Method integrates the fat-burning format of interval training, the muscle shaping technique of isometrics, the elongating principles of dance conditioning, and the science of physical therapy to create a revolutionary workout that quickly and safely sculpts and re-shapes your entire body. The Bar Method's unique non-impact exercises target all major muscle groups, improving posture and increasing physical grace. The result is a recognizable "Bar Method Body: that features sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat and firm thighs.



Tighten your seat belts! Bar Method founder Burr Leonard puts the pedal to the metal in this workout by combining her most aerobic variations, many of them never seen except in studios, with a fast-tracked pace. You'll do five sets of thigh-work, one of them performed with the ball between your legs and two sets of seat exercises that simultaneously challenge both legs. During the abdominal section you'll perform safe, beautiful-looking sequences that will set your abs on fire. Presenting the workout with Burr are Sharon Demko and Kiesha Ramey-presner, both teachers at the Bar Method's flagship studio in the San Francisco Marina, and Juan Barba, a teacher at the Bar Method studio in Burbank, CA. In Kiesha's words, Super Sculpting II is "intense but within reach for someone to work up to. The choreography is really fun, and Burr inspires you to do it."

I liked this workout, it was a good arm and leg/rear workout. I don't feel like my abs were targeted like I'm used to, but this DVD is definitly worth purchasing.
