Excellent, advanced workout. Pacing was great, with no long set-ups (a problem for some other Bar Method workouts). Instructor was very pleasant and gave very helpful instruction. Camera work was good, so I felt I could see exactly what position to be in. I am a big fan of Physique 57 (both dvds and live) and was a bit concerned about the reputed slow pace of Bar Method workouts, but this one surpassed my expectations. It was hands-down the toughest barre workout dvd I've done and I am definitely feeling some good DOMS.
