I have all 3 videos in the Ballet Workout Series with Melissa Lowe Don't let the word "workout" fool you. These follow the structure of a traditional ballet class with instruction. --The Ballet Workout I has 2 classes, each approx. 30 min., with stretches, barre, and a little center. They are on a novice/beginner level. --The Ballet Workout II, THIS video, again has 2 classes, each approx. 30 min., with stretches, barre, and a little center. This tape is on a beginner/intermediate beginner level. --The New Ballet Workout - This has just one workout approx. 40 min. long. It has lots of stretch/toning, then barre and a little centre. It is on an intermediate beginner/advanced beginner level. If you are using the videos to learn about ballet they are best done in sequence. If you have already studied ballet and are looking for a daily barre, then Workout I may be too elementary for you.
