I really enjoyed this system overall except that there were two workout I dreaded, which were this and Plyo XT. It's not that the Yoga was that intense, but the durations of the holds would make my quads sear in pain. Fortunately, this pain lessened over time while my flexibility improved. I don't know much about Yoga and what's missing or not, but I can appreciate any workout that gives me positive results. Also, my girlfriend enjoys doing this one and Cardio XT with me, so I needn't suffer alone.

I have been doing P90X: Yoga X for over a year and a half and I am looking for alternatives to Yoga.
I would definitely consider Tapout XT: Yoga XT as an alternative when I want to change my Yoga workout. It is very similar to Yoga X. There are a few things that I found irritating: There was too much talking from Mike (instructor) throughout the workout, I found the warrior sequence monotonous and there was no shavasana at the end or “Oms”. I did enjoy the few asanas that I have never done before, loved the use of child’s pose throughout the workout and loved the shoulder/rotator cuff stretches at the end.
