As the summer looms closer and the mercury rises, viewers seeking to shed those extra layers of clothes can do so without fear of looking too flabby thanks to personal fitness trainer Minna Lessig's intuitive sculpting and toning regiment. In just minutes a day viewers can tone up their bodies and achieve that kind of lean physique that they've always wanted. By focusing on the arms, belly, and bottom, Lessig's time saving workouts are ideal for those looking to hit the beach on a bikini, play volleyball in a tank top, or simply beat the heat with some short shorts. In order to get the most out of Lessig's workout, viewers are encouraged to use a floor mat and hand weights - both of which must be purchased separately. ~ Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide
