I did buy multiple copies for friends after my initial purchase. I love everything about Joey! He is very concise in his instructions, and gave me info about Tai Chi that I enjoyed. I have taken classes before and actually its easier to learn with the DVD. By having controll of the remote I can reverse, pause, or forward at my will. I recommend this DVD to anyone that has ever taken up TAI CHI or anyone who thought it looked cool in the TV commercials for pain relievers! It is cool! It will open your mind to so many changes. And after all isn"t change what we all need?
