Great workout from Tracie Long. I enjoyed the variety of moves, and I got a good sweat going. Also had some good DOMS the next day, especially in my hamstrings. The warmup was a bit awkward -- too quick and more complicated than it needed to be, but once the workout started, Tracie was great. Her cuing and form pointers are outstanding. I recommend!
