Are you ready to enter the Strike Zone? Leave your skirts at the door because this workout is for those who want to feel empowered! This is a REAL Kickboxing workout. You won't find any aerobics instructors bouncing around in the Strike Zone. Tracey will train you to fight, focus and feel your own power unleash. There is nothing complicated about the Strike Zone, the moves are easy, it's up to you to provide the power. Tracey offers the challenge, it is up to you to take the journey. STRIKE ZONE begins with an upper body warm up that leads to the lower body, lasting about 10 minutes. You'll feel your body heating up and preparing itself for combat. Tracey instructs you on how to correctly execute the moves, but it's up to you to practice. After you're sufficiently warmed up, Tracey begins the program. You'll be challenged with eight different tracks - each one focusing on something different. Some of them will tire you out and others will fire you up. Then & only then, will you be ready to unleash your inner warrior - the last track is your ultimate challenge. Will you be left standing or will someone need to pick you up off the ground? That is up to you! Are you ready for the Strike Zone? Strap on your gloves (weighted if you're really daring) and get busy!
