About the Actor
Tony Victory got his start as a choreographer of a local dance troupe in Los Angeles, CA. After joining a fraternity in college his interests turned to Stepping/Stomping and by 1993 he was ranked as one of the top Step Masters in Southern CA. As a result, he appeared in over 100 stomp shows, videos and television productions nationwide. In 2000, Tony V filmed the first Stomp related fitness video entitled Stompercise. It received a 5-star mark in Fit magazine. By 2001, Tony V had been teaching Stompercise at Sheila's Aerobics when he was contacted by Bally's Corporate office to do a special presentation for the opening of their North Long Beach club. They loved the program so much, they asked Tony V to implement the program at many of their Southern California gyms. Tony V subsequently taught at Bally's in Simi Valley, Studio City, Culver City, South Bay, Long Beach, North Long Beach, West L.A., Huntington Park, Cerritos and Long Beach Traffic Circle as well as Crunch in West Los Angeles. While teaching at these gyms Tony V was featured on Brazilian TV, ABC News, KCOP News and FOX 11 News. Since then Tony V has developed many other fitness programs that share the same unique, exciting qualities as Stomperobics. Are you ready to experience the Tony V fitness craze?

This review is from: Stomperobics, Version One, The Nutkracker (DVD)
This workout video is one of the few that actually takes the time to teach a beginner how to do the steps slowly. The instructor doesn't make assumptions that his audience is familar with the moves required or will easily pick it up by seeing it one time only. It is a fun, energetic workout based on the college traditional dance method of stomping. It is the best workout video I've ever purchased. I recommend it for anyone looking for a great cardio workout that's different from the rest.
