Mike Michels has been a member of the Spinning program Master Instructor team since 1996. He is a personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a USA Triathlon Coach and the owner of M2 Coaching, a Los Angeles based coaching company. Mike has competed on a national level for over 15 years in track and field, triathlons, mountain bike races and adventure racing.
