There are a few flaws with this video so let's get them out of the way first. The balance of music mix and instructor's voice isn't quite right and she is a little hard to hear at times. At other times, her cuing is insufficient, particularly since you are doing moves where you can't see the TV. And there obviously wasn't a high production budget--at one point the operator appears to almost drop the camera (this doesn't affect the quality of the video-it's just funny.) But I really liked this workout, which is a fusion of Tai Chi, pilates and yoga. The instructor is comfortable on camera and is likable and informative. She has someone showing modifications. And the workout made me feel great. This is good one.
