This is a great workout, although you don't really feel like it's a hard workout while you're doing it. It's only afterwards that you realize you've stretched and moved your body in ways that you don't usually move it. Afterwards you feel loose and toned. It's worth buying and having a copy to use whenever you want to loosen up and feel sexy.
