Really enjoyed this! My first experience with Lee Holden and I find him calm and soothing. The scenery is beautiful but there's nothing gimmicky about the workout, zero bells and whistles. At 28 minutes (not counting the partner segment) this is a nice one to do whenever you can fit it in. The Standing portion is the longest at 18 min, the seated is 5 minutes and finally the floor portion is 4. I don't have the energy to even do yoga sometimes, or the concentration for Tai Chi. With this I was able to let go and just be.
