POWER FUSION, the first release in Ellen's LIVE series, is an all-in-one barefoot workout that fuses yoga, dance and true blue calisthenics - fusion at it's most efficient, seamless and peaceful. It feels so good, you won't realize how hard you worked until the day after!
The 45-minute workout begins with de-stress breathing focus, which preps us for 30 minutes of standing fat- burning and strengthening. The last 15 minutes are dedicated to toning muscles without bulk, especially targeting the core, on the mat.
