The techniques of 20 specific Pilates mat exercises are demonstrated in detail. Karin supplements these instructions using animated anatomy - a detailed 3D image of the muscles and muscle groups. Following these detailed instructions are two recommended mat routines intended for the sports enthusiasts to awaken their inner core prior to beginning their athletic activity.
