Classes, Workshops and Performances at Santa Clara University Friday, June 18-Sunday, June 20, 2010
Explore the high-energy challenge of the Lineage Dance Repertory, featuring partnering work that blends athletic lifts and graceful floorwork.
Faculty and alumni of Santa Clara University will join Lineage Dance in teaching classes in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop, Pilates and Yoga.
Class size is limited to ensure personal attention and individual growth. All instructors are friendly, positive and approachable!
Classes from 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Sunday.
Sunday afternoon - Student showcase featuring choreography from the weekend intensive and special performance by Lineage Dance Company. Open to family and friends.
There is one apprentice position available for the 2010-2011 season that my be offered to a participating dancer (only applies to those 18+).
All interested must submit a solo and complete the application form. Must be at least 16 to participate. Applications available at www.lineagedance.org. $200. for full workshop. Special rate housing is available on campus as well as in near by hotel.
