Les Mills BodyPump has been a huge success in club classes all over the country. Now they have teamed up with Beachbody to offer great workouts for home exercisers. Called "Pump" for short, these hour long workouts will work your whole body and they are fun. Their "Rep Effect" is a technique that uses high repetition with light weights to create a longer, leaner strength.
Sports Attack is another excellent cardio workout to replace the "walking day" during LMP. It's focus is on different sports moves. Make sure you have 2 towels before you start - one for you and another for the floor because of sweat puddles.
