Kettlebody by Brook includes THREE DVDs in one package. The DVDs are: Cardio Kettlebell, Yogaburn, and Bell Body Sculpt. Each is 30-minutes long. Cardio Kettlebell is intended to blast body fat by delivering an intense cardio, power, and lower body strength workout. Yogaburn is a blend of Athletic Conditioning and Power Yoga and it delivers moderate cardio, total body strength, and flexibility. Bell Body Sculpt chisels the muscles of the entire body through high repetition, low resistance sets. Bell Body Sculpt is completely a muscular endurance workout, while the other two workouts have cardiovascular components. These three workouts, blended together, are a tremendous way to shock your body into serious shape!!
The intention with Kettlebody by Brook is to repeat each DVD twice a week (recommended Cardio Kettlebell on Mondays and Thursdays; Yogaburn on Tuesdays and Fridays; Bell Body Sculpt on Wednesdays and Saturdays; Sundays- rest day) for eight consecutive weeks. If you combine that with a healthy, balanced, and calorie-conscious diet, by the end of the 8th week, you should notice some significant changes to your physique... hence, a "Kettlebody" by Brook.
