Great workout! The 60 minute workout was a great cardio workout. I thought the 30 minute workout would be differt dances but it was just a shortened version of the 60 min dances.

Great mix of cardio and standing abs. It's quite challenging if you concentrate on your core. The instructors cue very well. Each dance segment with its own unique choreography runs about 3 minutes.
