Relief - This stretch and recovery workout is the relief you'll be looking for.
The relief workout was awesome! Much better than Insanity's cardio recovery which wasn't much of a recovery. Asylum relief is all about holding stretches and forward bends. This is the type of workout you can do before bed.
You are short changing yourself if you don't have the agility ladder, strength bands and speed rope during Vertical Plyo. I love Insanity but Asylum is functional fitness. Some of these drills remind me of things I used to do on the playground during recess. The one-legged drills towards the end were very challenging because of body fatigue. It's difficult to stay focused and keep good form when you are out of breath, fatigue and trying to stay with the class.
