Phenomenal workout! I don't usually click with Cathe, but the ICE series is great. Metabolic Total Body is a standout in the series and worth having on its own. It is high intermediate but you can easily ratchet down the intensity with lower weights and a slower pace. I liked this one and the Upper and Lower Body workouts, so I ended up purchasing the whole program. Premixed and Blizzard Blasts makes the set a great value. If you've never clicked with Cathe, ICE might be just right for you. My only complaints are that her warmups are a bit too long for my tastes and Cathe often moves at too fast a pace. ! The Metabolic Total Body is a gem!
