Fitness Beginnings an exercise in love presents...Fit For Delivery Third Trimester
This is the perfect workout to help ease discomforts that may be experienced in the last months of pregnancy. Practicing this program will provide confidence for delivery while decreasing any anxiety, fear, or stress. Designed and taught by Mindy Mylrea’s fitness friend and labor and delivery nurse Tammy Moore.

As an RN, Tammy has over a decade of experience in Labor and Delivery and Mother-Baby care. She has been training and teaching in the fitness industry for nearly two decades. She has come to love Yoga and Pilates as she has witnessed the mental and physical benefits in her own life, and in the lives of others. Tammy is passionate and committed to improving the health of new and expecting mothers through education and fitness. The Fit Beginnings Program will empower and guide expecting mothers through their journey into motherhood.
