This special DVD combines two workouts for in-home walking programs. The first workout is a 2 mile walk- no going outdoors or using a treadmill required. Also, the moves are so easy to follow, that anyone can follow the workout. The second DVD is a four mile fat burning walk, obviously a little more advanced or for those with more advanced workout goals. The first 45 minutes is the walking and the last of this workout is a 15 minute segment of exercises for hips, thighs and stomach. This workout recommends a light set of hand weights.
