I've lifted heavy stuff for 20 odd years and after doing the first workout from this DVD - well, I TRIED but only got half way through before I was TOAST !
I have EVERYTHING Mark does because his stuff is the absolute best of the best and the quality of these DVDs are 2nd to none.
Using Marks DVDs is like having the best top level coach by your side - he is constantly giving feedback as to the postures/movements/other things to consider while performing each exercise. He is always encouraging and informing you of how long to go, how many reps, exercises, sets to go - it is truly like having him right there with you.
Seriously, If you've lifted heavy iron for a long time and have joints that are destroyed, and feel older than you should, ALL Mark's stuff is a MUST, I have a good feeling already that EFX will fix my posture related back issues - I dunno what I would be doing without Mark's work!
