All Out Hi/Low and Step(CIA 2202) Franny will give you two separate 8 min. warm-ups for her workouts. Her stepping is 44 min. of the latest step choreography. Her hi/low is 43 min. of new moves combined with intense aerobic training. She finishes each workout with a cool-down & stretch (10 min).
Cardio Strike Zone plus Boot Camp(CIA 2203) Terrie will warm you up (7 min.), move you into Strike-Zone, a Kick Boxing workout (37 min.) Then a Boot Camp Workout techniques (29.5 min.) Cool Down (3 min.) and Core Conditioning & Stretch (10 min.)
