STEP HEAVEN - Christi sings you through miles of heavenly step choreography. This workout contains 90 minutes of action that includes a warm-up, 3 stages of aerobic training, a cool down, stretch and BLOOPERS. Stage 1 is 25 minutes of high intensity, yet moderately complex choreography. Stage 2 is 25 minutes of fast-paced advanced choreography. Stage 3 is 20 minutes of alternating short intense combinations with squat/weight intervals. Hand weights optional.
