Appropriate for any age and fitness level, the Chakra Dance Flow program takes you step-by-step through each of the seven sections of the retreat - 7 chakras: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown. You can access each individual chapter, and once your journey is complete, you can refresh and review the energy work you ve done by following Darshan and Mariyah in a 10-minute Flow - a non-stop meditative dance combining all the steps and exercises featured in the main body of the program. Use the Flow whenever you need a gentle reminder to accept your body, nourish your human essence without judging, and stay in touch with the creative, hopeful, joyful spirit ever-present in all of us.
