This is a four part DVD with 5 time-saver segments. Time saver #1 is 38 minutes long and includes step aerobics and chest and tricep work, Time saver #2 is 40 minutes long and includes step aerobics and hi/lo and hi/lo and back/core workouts. Time saver #3 contains step, biceps core and kick punch and crunch, Time saver #4 contains cardio kickbox, shoulders. Time saver #5 is 48 minutes long and contains all leg work and abs.
