If you work out with Cathe you know that her workouts are all excellent. If you like your workouts long, advanced, and cardio + weights mixed, this DVD is a must-have. Even if you own Cardio & Weights, IMAX2, Bootcamp and Muscle Endurance individually, this mix makes for a set of 3 whole different workouts. Love it!
