This is an awesome chest and triceps workout! You will definitely feel it the next day as long as you use heavy enough weights to challenge your muscles. The pushups in the beginning are torturous but well worth it if you can get through them. I am still doing them on my knees and its all I can do to get through them. If you want a challenge, this is it!
