This workout leaves NOTHING to be desired! Its awesome! Brooke is a great instructor, she encourages you to be your best. I was able to push through even the toughest sessions. I did the Yoga styled warmup, which was different from most warmups. It gets you warmed up pretty fast and you get to lengthen and strengthen the muscles for the tough workout to come. I did the Fusion workout which has great choreography and NO Boredom! It packs a punch in the cardio department. I worked my muscles from varyng angles. I had to modify for many of the moves but the modifyer is great and still was fun!!!
