What a fun workout! The choreography is perfect - challenging and interesting but not hard to keep up with. I love kickboxing workouts but this is the first that has really made me feel strong and powerful, as though I was really practicing a martial art. Keli is a fantastic instructor, calmly motivating with great form, and she includes an effective, non-boring stretching sequence at the end. This isn't a calorie torching cardio blast, but is great for days when you want to focus on balance, power, and form.
