The Bosu™ Balance Trainer Total Body Workout uses many familiar workout elements such as leg raises, lunges, abdominal crunches, push-ups and stretches. The Bosu™ Balance Trainer is all about you...about looking better, feeling better and performing better. The Bosu™ Balance Trainer allows you to combine the three elements of fitness, cardiovascular activity, strength exercise and flexibility, as you learn to "move dynamically" on Bosu's ever changing surface.
The workout is divided into a warm-up and three exercise segments. The warm-up will teach you basic Bosu workout skills. The three segments get progressively more difficult. We suggest that you begin with the first segment and learn it thoroughly before moving no to the others.
Each segment combines balance, cardiovascular activity, toning and stretching in dynamic and effective workouts unlike anything you have ever done before. You will literally keep all the muscles in your body activated as you tone your upper and lower body, abs and back.
