BodyJuggling has been called "Zen in Motion." It combines the effortless and fluid movements of Tai Chi with the flexibility and strength training of Yoga as well as the balance and dexterity of acrobatics. Somewhere between dance, meditation, and fitness regime this revolutionary practice provides a completely integrated Mind/Body system.
The basic principles are Balance, Power, and Flow. When these three abilities are united in every action the Mind and Body begin to float effortlessly between any one movement and another. Once this happens, life itself becomes effortless.
This state is known as Wuji.
