Sadie Lincoln - Sadie is the creator and owner of barre3 exercise studios where she develops classes, teaches, and trains instructors and studio owners worldwide. She began teaching group exercise 20 years ago while attending UCLA. She was awarded a Graduate Assistantship from the College of William & Mary, where she developed and ran the group fitness program while earning her masters degree in higher education administration. She spent 10 years at 24 Hour Fitness working directly with the founder and CEO, where she helped grow the company into the largest chain of health clubs worldwide. Sadie launched barre3 exercise studios with a vision: to create a company powered by entrepreneurs who are passionate about creating balance in the body and balance in life.
