THE WORKOUTS ARE:
Cardio Sculpt (42 mins): a low impact workout which incorporates long, fluid cardio moves with more targeted sculpting exercises. There is a great balance challenge element to this workout with some front and back leg raises and lots of lateral moves with swan arms.
Cardio Stretch (36 mins): a flowing dynamic stretch routine with gentle cardio and some light sculpting. You will start with some flowing arm and leg variations to heat up the body, move to a plie and oblique series which will also challenge your balance, then you will see some lunge variations with leg pulls and wood chops, leg sweeps with floating legs and an up and down stretch to extension series. Finally with some deep stretches and abs exercises.
Dynamic Flow (45 mins): this one has some great heart rate moves that are low impact and easy to follow, also a yoga flow series to dynamically stretch your whole body, some high energy swan arms to burn out the upper body and a great mat section to challenge your core and lower body. You will finish with a lying and seated stretch.
Fusion Flow (46 mins): you will start with flowing dance like combinations to heat your body, then you will move to a standing ballet abs routine with lots of balance work, then a triceps and hamstring combo, skaters with diagonal leg pulls, dynamic mat stretches and lying back rotations, back extension variations and finally a lengthening stretch.
About The Instructor: Hi, I'm Linda - creator of Barlates Body Blitz. I have worked in the diet and fitness industry for most of my career and have created close to 600 workout videos to bring my passion for exercise to you!

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
