30-MTF Slim Sculpting has two, 30 minute workouts and numerous premix options. The goal of these workouts is to burn maximum calories, trim down your entire body and give back that physically fit feeling of the past.
Both workouts include various kettlebell-inspired exercises that are formatted to safely trim you down while improving your overall fitness level. Not all commonly used kettlebell exercises are used...just those Kelly has deemed safe and appropriate for home use.

Both workouts require either a kettlebell or a single dumbbell. Due to its kettlebell influence , a kettlebell is recommended but not required.
